All transactions and contracts conducted via elmougi.com are operated and fulfilled by Elmougi Consumer Electronics Trading LLC, legally incorporated and licensed under the commercial regulations of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Eligibility & Account Security
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into purchase contracts and utilize payment or installment plans. You are exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and restricting unauthorized device access.
3. Product Catalog & Condition Classification
Elmougi Store accurately represents technical specifications, imagery, and conditions across our catalog. Devices are distinctly categorized into two tiers:
- Brand New (Factory Sealed): 100% authentic, factory-sealed devices with original manufacturer seals, retail packaging, and official brand warranties.
- Certified Pre-Owned (Used): Authentic second-hand devices thoroughly inspected through a 35-point technical diagnostic covering battery health (85%+ minimum), display integrity, and internal modules, covered by a repair-only warranty as specified in Section 8.
4. Pricing, Currency & UAE VAT
All product prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and inclusive of the statutory 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. We reserve the right to correct inadvertent pricing errors prior to dispatching orders.
5. Payment Methods & Installments (Tabby/Tamara)
We support secure payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE, as well as 0% interest split installments through:
- Tabby: Split your purchase into 4 monthly payments with zero interest and zero hidden fees.
- Tamara: Pay in monthly installments with zero interest subject to Tamara underwriting approval.
Installment approvals are evaluated independently by Tabby or Tamara. Repayment schedules and customer obligations remain directly with the chosen financing provider.
6. Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery Terms
We provide same-day or 24-hour express fulfillment across Dubai, and 24 to 48 hours delivery across Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and active mobile contact numbers.
7. Return & Refund Policy (Strict 24-Hour Window)
Return & Refund Window: Exactly 24 Hours From Delivery
Elmougi Store provides a strict return and refund window of exactly 24 hours from the recorded time of parcel delivery. Once this 24-hour period has elapsed, no requests for returns or monetary refunds will be accepted.
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria for 24-Hour Returns:
- The item must remain in its original delivered condition, with factory seals unbroken for new items, or in identical condition as received for pre-owned items.
- All accessories, original cables, manufacturer packaging, and official invoice must be returned complete.
- Returns are technically inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
8. Warranty & Repair Coverage (New vs. Used Devices)
Official Manufacturer Warranty
All brand-new electronic devices are protected under a 1-year official manufacturer warranty serviced through authorized regional service centers across the UAE.
Hardware Repair Warranty Only
Pre-owned phones include a 30-day warranty dedicated strictly to hardware repairs. This warranty covers repairs only; it does NOT cover replacements or monetary refunds once the initial 24-hour return window has passed.
General Warranty Exclusions (Voids Coverage Immediately):
- Physical damage caused by accidental drops, impacts, or cracked glass.
- Liquid intrusion, immersion, or moisture damage.
- Unauthorized disassembly, third-party repair, or operating system tampering.
9. Limitation of Liability & Consumer Rights
Elmougi Store complies with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse or force majeure delays.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The Courts of Dubai shall possess exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
